The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on today has inter-alia re-appointed Mr. Amitkumar Jayantilal Shah as a Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years and has also re-appointed Mrs. Divya Sameer Momaya as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of three consecutive years.
