Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015, we hereby inform you that Stakeholders' Relationship-cum-Investors' Grievance Committee of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 09.11.2022 has approved issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu of lost / misplaced. Accordingly, we will proceed to issue letter of confirmations in lieu of duplicate share certificate(s) to the concerned shareholder(s).
