Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and declare the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window will be closed from September 02, 2014 to September 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
