Board of Directors in its meeting held on 18th May, 2024 recommended Final Dividend @35% i.e. Rs. 0.35 Per Equity Shares of Rs. 1 each for FY 2023-24, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
