GUJARAT BOROSIL LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

We write to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, vide its order pronounced on January 15, 2020 has approved the captioned 'Scheme'. The appointed date of the Scheme is October 1, 2018 and the scheme will be effective from the date of filing of NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.<BR> <BR> Enclosed is copy of order pronounced on January 15, 2020 and uploaded on the website of NCLT on January 16, 2020.<BR> <BR> As per the Scheme, inter-alia, our Company, Gujarat Borosil Limited will amalgamate with Borosil Glass Works Limited and shall stand dissolved without winding up as per Clause 18 of the Scheme. <BR> <BR> Kindly take note of the same.<BR>
