Gujarat Foils Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Dipesh U. Gosar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 11, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Mrs. Nikita Pedhdiya has resigned from the Company and ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
