Gujarat Gas Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Director

Shri J P Gupta, IAS has resigned as Director from the Board of Directors of the Company on account of his transfer as Additional Chief Secretary, Tribal Development Department, Govt. of Gujarat. His resignation is effective from 6th August, 2024.
