Gujarat Metallic Coal and Coke Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, have decided to Shift the registered office of the Company within the same city limits of Kolkata i.e. from : 15, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, 2nd Floor, Kolkata - 700013 to 1, Crooked Lane, 2nd Floor Room No. 212, Kolkata - 700069 with effect from February 14, 2014 and authorised the Company Secretary to do the needful.
