With reference to the Increase in price, Gujarat Metallic Coal and Coke Ltd has clarified to BSE as under;<br/><br/>"The Company have been regularly submitting various documents / information periodically in compliance of various provisions of the listing agreement.<br/><br/>Apart from the above, the Company have no information/ documents to be disclosed to the Exchange which in the opinion may have bearing on the price/volume behavior on the scrip."
