The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 3:30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company considered and approved Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2020 along with Limited Review Report thereon as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
