GUJARAT PETROSYNTHESE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

As per SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Restriction period" shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited will be closed with effect from April 1, 2024, and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2024.
