GUJARAT PETROSYNTHESE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading restriction period" shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited shall be closed with effect from July 1, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
