The Board of Directors recommend Final Dividend of Rs. 3.70 per share for approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22nd August 2024. The Book Closure Date has also been approved by the Board from 16th August 2024 to 22nd August 2024 both days inclusive.
