Gujarat Poly Avx Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. J. M. Shah, Company Secretary has resigned from the Company w. e. f. August 11, 2015 due to his ill-health. The Board in their Meeting held on August 11, 2015 has accepted the resignation.<BR><BR>Further, Mr. Dharmesh H. Upadhyaya is now appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w. e. f. August 17, 2015.
