With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 18, 2015, regarding Disclosure of Voting results of AGM (Clause 35A). Gujarat Poly Avx Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that since there is an error in the AGM report in item no. 7 the name of the director should be Jigen Mehta instead of Yogesh Methur.<BR><BR>In this regards the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Revised voting results of the 26th Annual General Meeting.
