Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circular dated May 11, 2015 on disclosures under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company have formulated code of conduct and approved code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) at their Meeting held on May 15, 2015.
