Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RTA had on 10th December, 2019 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of Share Certificate/s. In response to this request/s, RTA had informed the necessary procedure.
