GUJARAT STATE FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS LTD. - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Company/RTA had on 9th August, 2022 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s, Company/RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
