Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RTA/Company had on 28th August, 2022 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of Share Certificate/s. In response to this request/s, Company/RTA had informed the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the Shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
