Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Company/RTA had on 9th March, 2023 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s, Company/RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities. We are enclosing herewith the Statement displaying the details of the request/s received.
