GUJARAT STATE PETRONET LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the GSPL's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) ('the Company's Code'), we hereby inform that the Trading Window (closure period for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares) will remain closed from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 for all the Designated Person(s) and their Immediate Relatives, as defined under the Company's Code. Further, the Trading Window will open upon expiry of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration to the stock exchanges by the Company of the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022, to be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
