Pursuant to SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 and as per GSPL''S Code of Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window Closure period for dealing in the Company''s Equity Shares will remain closed from 1st July,2024 upto 10th August, 2024 (both days inclusive) for all Designated Person(s) and their immediate Relatives as defined under the Company''s Code.
