Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

This is to inform you that today i.e. 17th June 2020 the Company has allotted 22,252 Equity Shares of Rs.<BR> 2/- each fully paid-up to the grantees on exercise of the options granted to them pursuant to the Gulf Oil<BR> Lubricants India Limited- Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015.<BR> <BR> These Equity Shares rank pari- passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.<BR> <BR> In view of the above the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 10,02,55,924/- consisting 5,01,27,962 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.<BR>
