Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, has declared interim dividend of Rs. 3 per equity shares (i.e. 150% on face value of Rs 2 per equity share).
