GV FILMS LTD. - Board Meeting rescheduled on July 24, 2014

With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 18, 2014 regarding the rescheduling of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company earlier scheduled to be held on July 19, 2014, GV Films Ltd has now informed BSE that due to typographical error rescheduled date has been wrongly mentioned as 23rd July instead of July 24, 2014. The error is regretted. Hence the Rescheduled date of Board meeting will be read as July 24, 2014 instead of July 23, 2014.
