H S India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended till date, and the Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 06, 2016 till February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
