Appointed Mr. Nilkanth Barot, as an additional Director of the Company; <BR><BR>2. Approved resignation of Mr. Bapi Datta from directorship of the Company, <BR><BR>3. Appointed Mr. Nilkanth Barot as a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Risk Management Committee of the company in place of Mr. Bapi Datta.<BR><BR>4. Approved minutes of Audit Committee Meeting.
