HANUNG TOYS and TEXTILES LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares to Promoter Group

Hanung Toys and Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Special resolution passed through postal ballot by the shareholders under section 42 of the Companies Act 2013, the Company has allotted on August 05, 2014, 42,44,000 preferential equity shares as per SEBI ICDR Guidelines 2009, to promoter groups Company i.e. Praneet Softech Pvt. Ltd. at a price of Rs. 22.62 per equity shares calculated in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Guidelines 2009.
