In continuation of our letter dated November 03, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulation'), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on November 11, 2020 has adopted Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended on September 30, 2020 along with Limited Review Report for the same.<BR> <BR> <BR>
