With reference to the above Subject, this is to inform you that Mrs. Ramdulari Saini, Company Secretary has resigned as a Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 30th May.,2023. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities effective from 30th May,2023. Consequent to him resignation as Company Secretary Mrs. Ramdulari Saini has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
