Approved the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the year ended March 31, 2023. 3. Reappointment of Mr. Venkitraman Anand (DIN:07446834) as Whole Time Director, with effect from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
