HARRISONS MALAYALAM LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and pursuant to SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from Monday April 1, 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
