Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Haryana Govt. vide orders no. 1/97/2024-1SII dated 27.07.2024 ( a copy attached with the attached letter) has appointed Shri Yash Garg, IAS, as Managing Director on the Board of Haryana Financial Corporation (HFC), who joined on 02.08.2024 in place of Shri Sushil Sarwan, IAS, who was relieved on 01.08.2024.
