Haryana Leather Chemicals Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 and Company''s code of conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading window shall remain closed from 1st April,2025 till 48hrs after the said financial results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the stock exchange (BSE).
