Haryana Texprints (Overseas) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016 have recommended a dividend of Re. 0.10 per equity share of the face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at their ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>The meeting commenced at 3.30 P.M. and concluded at 6.00 P.M.
