HATHWAY BHAWANI CABLETEL & DATACOM LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 for all Specified Persons (Including Directors) from Tuesday, May 16, 2017 up to Thursday, May 25, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Specified Persons (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
