Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following :<br/><br/>1. "In-Principle" approval for a strategic acquisition of any dairy unit in India and authorisation to Mr. R. G. Chandramogan, Managing Director to take it forward.
