Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved by passing circular resolution on November 30, 2015 the Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events or information and authorized severally the Managing Director, Joint Managing Director, Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and the Company Secretary to determine the materiality of an event and information and the Company Secretary for making disclosure to the Exchange under the aforesaid regulation.
