HATSUN AGRO PRODUCT LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 18, 2014, allotted 10,00,000 fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1/- each at Rs. 300/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 299/- per share) to the persons/entities belonging to Non-Promoter Group on cash basis.<br/><br/>The Board has also noted and approved the appointment of Mr. S. Narayan as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 07, 2014.
