HAVELLS INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('the Code'), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed beginning 1st January, 2022, Saturday onwards upto 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of quarterly financial results for the third quarter ended 31 December, 2021 (both days inclusive).
