HAVELLS INDIA LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, has decided:<BR><BR>- Recommendation of a Final Dividend @ Rs. 3.00 per equity share of Re. 1/- each in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share already paid in February 2016, amounting to a total dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share i.e. 600% for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days of its declaration.
