HAWKINS COOKERS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Hawkins Cookers Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed from July 01, 2015, to August 08, 2015, both days inclusive, for all the Designated Persons of the Company, for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
