This is to inform you that according to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure in respect of securities of company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all the directors, officers, Designated employees and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from 01st July, 2024 till 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
