HB ESTATE DEVELOPERS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Estate Developers Limited ("the Company") shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st October, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2023.
