In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 29th September, 2023 in connection with the loss of original Share Certificate. The Company has issued ''Letter of Confirmation'' in lieu of new Physical Share Certificate to its shareholder as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022.
