HB ESTATE DEVELOPERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We refer to our earlier intimation of 29th Jan, 2024 regarding the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled for Thursday, 08th Feb, 2024 to inter alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. We now wish to inform you that in the above-mentioned scheduled meeting, the Board will consider inter-alia, a proposal for fund raising by way of issue of Equity Shares / Convertible warrants / Preference Shares and/or any other instruments through permissible modes including by way of a private placement, including through a preferential issue or qualified institutions placement of Securities or any other method or mode as may be permitted under applicable laws, including the CA, 2013 read with the rules notified thereunder and the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, subject to such regulatory or statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of shareholders of the Company.
