As per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, 08th February, 2024 to Friday, 16th February, 2024 (both days inclusive).
