Pursuant to provisions of SEBI LODR Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons & their immediate relatives from 01st October, 2024 until 48hours after the declaration of Un-Audited financial statements for the second quarter & half year ending on 30th September, 2024.
