HB PORTFOLIO LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Portfolio Limited ('the Company') shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from 25th July, 2017 to 10th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 08th August, 2017.
