HB PORTFOLIO LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Portfolio Limited (''the Company'') shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July, 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on 30th June, 2024.
